Text

The initial members of the board of directors of the fair association shall adopt bylaws and rules and regulations governing the fair association in its activities of conducting a fair. Thereafter such bylaws may be amended or repealed by a two-thirds majority vote of the members of the board of directors of the association. The board of directors shall prepare and approve an annual budget for the operations of the fair association and certify the same to the county not later than August 1 of any year.
