Text
Any county free fair established pursuant to K.S.A. 2-142, and amendments thereto, may apply to the board of county commissioners for designation as an official fair association. If recognized as an official fair association, any county free fair established pursuant to K.S.A. 2-142, and amendments thereto, shall have all powers and duties as other officially recognized county fair associations.
