Text
The county free fair shall be managed by a board of seven members, four of whom shall be appointed by the governing body of the city and three of whom shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners of the county in which the city is located, one from each commissioner district. In any county having more than three county commissioners, the board of county commissioners may appoint a member to the fair board from each commissioner district. The fair board shall select a chairperson and treasurer from its membership and may appoint such other officers as may be necessary.
