Text
The agency or agencies designated by the Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science may call upon the secretary of agriculture to investigate or aid in the investigation and prosecution of any violations of this act. The secretary of agriculture may on the secretary's own initiative investigate and prosecute any violations of the provisions of this act.
