Text
Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural seeds subject to this act, shall keep for a period of three (3) years complete records of each lot of agricultural seed handled, and shall keep a file sample of each lot of seed for a period of one (1) year after final disposition of said lot of agricultural seed. All such records and samples pertaining to any shipment of agricultural seed shall be accessible during customary business hours, for inspection by the secretary, or a duly authorized representative of the secretary.
