Text
With respect to any county fair held in any county, the board of county commissioners of any adjoining county which does not maintain, or assist in maintaining, a county or district fair may pay the premiums awarded to residents of their respective counties at the county fair held in such adjoining county. The amount necessary for the payment of such premiums shall be paid from the general fund of the county. The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with the managing board of the county fair to pay, and to provide the method of payment of such premiums.
