Text
If prior to the effective date of this act, a fair association has used moneys received from the county pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 2-129, and has used such funds in part for the actual costs of printing of premium lists and/or for compensation paid to judges of exhibits, the expenditure of funds for such purposes is hereby declared to be a valid expenditure and confirmed, the same as though such payments were made subsequent to the effective date of this act.
