Text
The secretary shall refuse to register any commercial fertilizer under a name, brand or trademark which may appear to be misleading or deceptive. The secretary shall refuse to allow any person to change the guaranteed analysis of any brand of commercial fertilizer registered for sale in this state within the period for which registered. The secretary is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this act, and amendments thereto, and to prescribe and enforce such rules and regulations relating to commercial fertilizers as he or she may deem necessary to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of this act.
