§ 19-4719 — Time of arraignment
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 47 CODE FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF COUNTY CODES AND RESOLUTIONS
Accused persons shall be arraigned:
(a)At the time specified in the notice to appear; or
(b)if no date be specified, then on the earliest date when the court convenes.
