Kan. Stat. Ann. § 19-4331 (2026).
Text
Any person who willfully violates any provisions of this act or of the rules shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and such imprisonment.
