Text
The provisions of this act shall apply to all officers or employees of the sheriff's office other than the sheriff, undersheriff, secretarial employees, clerical employees, cooks or maintenance personnel. The provisions of this act shall not apply to temporary personnel employed for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days continuous service or temporary personnel employed for less than one hundred fifty (150) days total service in any calendar year.
