Text
The said civil service board shall meet quarterly on dates fixed by the board, and at such other times as the board deems necessary. At the first meeting each year, the board shall organize itself for business by choosing a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary from among the members: Provided, The first board appointed shall organize itself at its first meeting.
