Text
The board of county commissioners of such county shall assign to the county personnel officer such other powers, duties and responsibilities as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. Said personnel officer shall receive as a salary a sum to be fixed by the board of county commissioners, and shall be paid in the manner prescribed by law for paying the salaries of other county officers.
