Text
(a)Within six months following the effective date of the resolution, or the date of the election at which the resolution was approved, as required by K.S.A. 19-3a02, the board of county commissioners shall appoint a county administrator.
(b)The compensation of the county administrator shall be determined by the board of county commissioners.
(c)The county administrator may be removed by a majority vote of the board of county commissioners.
