§ 19-3910 — Additional powers of governing board
In addition to other powers and duties imposed by this act, the governing board shall:
(a)Formulate and adopt policies relating to the activities of the youth services bureau including the employment of personnel therefor;
(b)Prepare and submit an annual plan and budget with recommendations to the board of county commissioners; and
(c)Annually review, evaluate and report the activities of the youth services bureau pursuant to this act to the board of county commissioners.
