Text
The governing board shall appoint an advisory council composed of young persons living within the county. Such advisory council shall serve in an advisory capacity to the governing board and shall be composed of not less than fifteen (15) members with one (1) member designated by the governing board to serve as a voting member of the governing board for a term of one (1) year.
