Text
(a)The board of county commissioners of every county which establishes a youth services bureau shall appoint a citizens' governing board to be composed of not less than fifteen (15) members. The members of the governing board shall be representative of broad segments of the public, including business, labor, civic groups, minority groups and consumers of the services of youth services agencies, as well as the public in general. Professionals and members of the staffs of agencies providing youth services shall not constitute more than one-fifth (1 / 5) of the membership of the governing board appointed by the board of county commissioners.
