It shall be the duty of the board of county commissioners incorporating any industrial district under the provisions of this act to cause an entry to be made upon its records showing all of its declarations, findings, decisions and orders made pursuant to the preceding sections, which entry shall define the limits of the incorporated industrial district and shall recite in haec verba the statements as to the restrictions on use of the lands included in the industrial district which are contained in the petition approved by the board of county commissioners.
