Text
Any fire district organized by virtue of this act and any city may enter into agreements for the joint construction, equipping and maintenance of any building or buildings, or for additions to existing city buildings, within the city or district, for the housing, and servicing of fire apparatus and equipment of the city and district. Any funds of the district available as provided by K.S.A. 19-3607 of this act may be used for this purpose together with any funds of the city authorized by law for the construction of city buildings. Any such building may by agreement be used in part for the accommodation of the officers of such city and its several departments or offices.
