§ 19-321 — Oaths, affirmations and acknowledgments

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 3 COUNTY CLERK
The county clerk shall have authority to administer oaths and affirmations in all cases in which an oath or affirmation may be required, and may take acknowledgments of deeds, mortgages, and other instruments of writing in this state, and attest the same with the county seal.
