§ 19-320 — Unclaimed warrants; cancellation

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 3 COUNTY CLERK
Whenever any county warrant, issued to any person, remain in the office of the county clerk unclaimed for a period of three years from the date thereof, such warrant shall be returned by him to the board of county commissioners and canceled.
