Text

Any comprehensive plan or part thereof, subdivision regulations or zoning regulations adopted by the board of county commissioners under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-2901 to 19-2913, inclusive, and amendments thereto, shall continue in force and effect until a comprehensive plan or part thereof, subdivision regulations or zoning regulations are adopted as provided in this act.
