§ 19-2899 — Determination as to plan; appraisers; negotiation; eminent domain

After receipt of the engineering report and recommendations about acquisition of additional park land, if any, such board of county commissioners and county park board of commissioners shall jointly confer and study the engineering report and recommendations obtained to determine most feasible and practical plan, which if approved by such board of county commissioners, including enlargement of the park, if so recommended, the board of county commissioners are empowered to appoint competent appraisers to appraise value of land needed for the county park and conduct negotiations within obtained appraised value, for ninety (90) day options to purchase additional land for park purposes.
