§ 19-2876a — Investment of county building funds in district recreation funds anticipation notes

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 28 PARKS, MUSEUMS, LAKES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

The board of county commissioners of any county which has been designated an urban area pursuant to K.S.A. 19-2654 is hereby authorized and empowered to invest any moneys in the special building fund created in K.S.A. 19-15,116 which are not immediately required for the purposes for which the moneys were collected or received in the manner authorized by such section, or in recreation funds anticipation notes issued pursuant to K.S.A. 19-2876b.
