Text
(a)All elections shall be called by the park board by adoption of a resolution. The county election officer shall conduct and supervise all elections. Except for bond elections, all elections held under this act shall be conducted in accordance with the general election laws of the state.
(b)Elections relating to the issuance of bonds shall be conducted in the manner provided by K.S.A. 10-120, and amendments thereto.
