Text
Enlargement of such district shall not be authorized if prior to the adoption of the resolution of enlargement a countywide district exists and has authority to levy taxes for its operation. From and after the effective date of such resolution of enlargement no countywide park district shall be created which has authority to issue taxes for its own purposes.
