Text
The board of county commissioners is authorized to levy a tax for the creation of a fund to be used for the purposes set forth in K.S.A. 19-2801, and amendments thereto, and for the purpose of paying a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, by cities located in the county.
