Text

The board of county commissioners of Sedgwick county may delegate to the county controller the responsibility of administering and coordinating the planning, development, construction and maintenance of the sewer system. The cost and expenses of the county controller for administration of any sewer project shall be included in the cost of the project and assessed against the lots and pieces of property contained within the district in which the same is located.
