§ 19-2786b — Resolution of proposed consolidation; publication; election; resolution of consolidation

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
Following such joint meeting the board of county commissioners shall adopt a resolution, which resolution shall set forth the terms of such proposed consolidation, the effective date of such consolidation, the name of the proposed consolidated improvement district and all other matters related to such proposed consolidation, and shall also state a time and a place or places where an election is to be held in each of such improvement districts to determine upon such consolidation. Such resolution shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in the official county newspaper, the first publication to be not less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of such election.
