Text
That if any director of any improvement district shall willfully neglect or fail to perform any of the duties imposed upon him by the provisions of this act he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
