§ 19-2766c — Appeals
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
Appeals in actions brought for the enforcement of improvement district resolutions may be taken in the same manner as is provided for appeals in cases for misdemeanor violations of state law.
