§ 19-2766 — Powers of the board of directors
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
That all the powers granted to improvement districts incorporated under the provisions of this act shall be exercised by the board of directors elected under the provisions of this act.
