§ 19-2745c — Easement rights
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
Said easement shall include the right of ingress and egress running to said main sewer district No. 1 to construct, maintain, repair and service all or any part of such sewer line.
