Text
That the board of county commissioners of each county in this state shall have power to enter into contracts for a term not to exceed twenty years with another or others for the electric lighting of streets and/or highways or parts of streets and/or highways lying outside the limits of incorporated cities, subject to the provisions of this act, whenever in the judgment of the board of county commissioners of any county the lighting of such streets and/or highways is reasonably necessary to promote the public convenience, welfare, and safety, and if of special benefit to the property affected.
