§ 19-27,197 — Validity of act
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
If any section or other part of this act shall be held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this act.
