§ 19-27,191 — Action to set aside assessments, limitation
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
No suit to set aside the assessments or otherwise question the validity of the proceedings shall be brought after the expiration of 30 days from the publication of the resolution fixing the assessments.
