Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
Any two or more types of improvements may be included in one proceeding and constructed and financed as one improvement.
