Kan. Stat. Ann. § 19-27,151 (2026).
Text
Any person violating any of the rules and regulations adopted under the authority of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A person convicted of such a misdemeanor shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
