§ 19-27,150 — Regulations for use of county parking lots in certain counties
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
The board of county commissioners of any county having a population of more than one hundred eighty-five thousand (185,000) and less than two hundred thousand (200,000) is authorized by adoption of an appropriate resolution to prescribe rules and regulations for the operation of any public parking lot which the county owns.
