§ 19-27,139 — Penalty for violating regulations
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
Any person violating the rules and regulations adopted under authority of this act, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in K.S.A. 21-6602, and amendments thereto.
