§ 19-27,135 — Political subdivisions may cooperate with county
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 27 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS
Cities and other political subdivisions located within the county are authorized to cooperate fully with the county, financially and otherwise, in the operation and management of any district created pursuant to this act.
