Text
The board of county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized to establish and maintain a central motor pool to be used by county agencies. Said board of county commissioners may by resolution establish a set of standards governing the use and operation of motor pool vehicles and may charge the using county agency for use thereof in accordance with a schedule of charges which said board shall establish. Such use charge shall be deposited in the central motor pool revolving fund hereby created and shall be used to defray costs of operation and replacement of motor vehicles in the central motor pool.
