Text
If the county shall have acquired title to any lands for the purposes hereinbefore authorized and the board of county commissioners shall determine that such property is no longer useful for the purpose for which it was acquired, such board may sell and dispose of the same upon such terms and in such manner as the board may deem to be in the best interest of the county. Moneys received from the sale of any such property shall be placed in a special fund and used for any of the purposes authorized by this act. Moneys may be appropriated from such special fund without regard to limitations prescribed by the budget law.
