§ 19-26,103 — County land banks; definitions
As used in K.S.A. 19-26,103 through 19-26,113:
(a)"County" means any county.
(b)"Board" means the board of trustees of the county land bank.
(c)"Bank" means the county land bank established pursuant to this act.
