§ 19-2206 — Peddler's license; where effective
A license shall be issued to any such peddler by the county clerk, upon the presentation of a receipt showing the payment of the proper tax to the county treasurer, and such license shall be good only in the county where issued, and shall not authorize peddling in cities or towns.
