§ 19-220 — Powers and duties of chairman

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 2 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
The chairman of said board shall have power to administer oaths to any person, concerning any matter submitted to the board or connected with their powers and duties; and he shall sign all county orders.
