In addition to the powers and authority now provided by law, the board of county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the establishment of a uniform design for stationery letterhead for use in county offices and departments of such county. Said letterhead stationery shall be of a uniform design and format and of uniform specifications and quality.
The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized and directed to establish a uniform stationery letterhead for use in the offices of the various courts and divisions of courts of the state located within such county.
