§ 19-212a — Withholding from salaries to provide for certain insurance for employees, when
The board of county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized to direct the proper officers to withhold from the salaries of its officers and employees such sums as such officers or employees may authorize to provide for the payment of group health, accident and life insurance for the benefit of such officers and employees.
