§ 19-2127 — Covenants and agreements to insure payment of revenue bonds and effect purposes of act; rules and regulations and fees and charges for use of home
In order to secure the prompt payment of the principal and interest upon such revenue bonds and the proper application of the revenue pledged thereto, the board of county commissioners is authorized to covenant as to the use and disposition of the proceeds of the sale of such bonds, to covenant as to the operation of the home for the aged and to covenant as to the collection and disposition of the revenues derived from such operation, and to fix charges and fees to be imposed in connection with and for the use of the home for the aged and the addition and the facilities supplied thereby, which charges and fees shall be considered to be income and revenues derived from the operation of the home for the aged and the addition, and to make and enforce such rules and regulations with reference
