Text
Revenue bonds issued under this act shall have all of the qualities and incidents of negotiable instruments, and may bear interest at a rate not exceeding the maximum rate for revenue bonds prescribed in K.S.A. 10-1009, and such bonds shall not be registered with the state treasurer of the state of Kansas.
